I am going to tell a concept that allow you to remember words or things. Don't worry about your IQ. An average man can do this very easily without much effort. Do you have seen Sherlock Homes serial? Do you remember Mind Palace technique that he uses.?. If you don't know about these things don't worry i will help you. It was invented by simonides in Greece in the year 477 BC. Mind palace may be defined as room or house which you are similar ( imagine your own house) that helps you to remember words or things very fast.
Now listen carefully, following are the things that you must do in order to do to the mind palace. First of all go to anyone of the rooms in your house. Select 5 things that you see there Ex Furniture, TV, Chairs. You must select things that is big enough. Now give them numbers 1 for TV, 2 for Chair etc. Now go to the next room and select another 5 things. give them numbers as from 6 to 10. Just like remember minimum up to 20 things. You must be actually memorise these things such as if you hear number 7 you must instantly remember and say what thing that you had assigned to it. Now what you needed is someone's help to workout. Write about 20 words that you can remember such as ball, orange, etc, Ask your friend to say these 20 words shuffled and mark the in order in which they say. Now just imagine first your friend say ball, in the memory palace you have assigned number 1 to TV and you must mix with TV and ball such as a ball is shown in TV. Next your friend may say such as calculator , now imagine what you have assigned for number 2. Mix or relate these words ex. calculator is on the chair. Just as like for each words your friends say assign or relate that order in which things you remember in the memory palace. After your friend had finished saying those words just remember and say the order from starting to ending or reverse. If you can remember 20 things in your mind palace then i am sure you can remember the 20 words that your friend say.
